Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at EditMapStudio. We want to ensure that you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our digital products.

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products (downloadable PowerPoint maps), all sales are considered final and non-refundable once a download has been initiated. This is a standard global policy for digital goods. We highly recommend reviewing the product descriptions and previews carefully before making a purchase.

Exceptions

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.

If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.

Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

Defective Files

If you encounter a technical issue with the file (e.g., the file is corrupted or fails to open), please contact us immediately. We will first attempt to provide a working replacement file. If we are unable to resolve the technical issue, a full refund will be provided.
